• Team Catalyst: Manage a team of 5-8 talented individuals, overseeing their project resourcing, professional development, and overall well-being. Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment where everyone thrives.
• Project Management Maverick: Act as the day-to-day Project Manager for 2-5 active projects. Embrace a hands-on approach, expertly managing project scopes, plans, client meetings, status updates, demos, risk management, and client expectations.
• Delivery Dynamo: Deliver superior quality work consistently. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary leaders and enforce rigorous QA processes to ensure exceptional outcomes and client satisfaction.
